The ANATEL Resolution 718, from October, 23, 2019 establishes that "Art. 15: Homologation is a mandatory prerequisite for the use and commercialization, in the country, of the products covered by this Regulation".

Therefore, telecommunications products must be approved by ANATEL before their use and/or commercialization in Brazil.
