ANATEL Resolution 715, dated October 23, 2019, establishes that "Art. 55. Approval is a mandatory prerequisite for the use and commercialization, in the country, of products covered by this Regulation". Therefore, telecommunications products must be approved by ANATEL before their use and/or commercialization in Brazil.
